You really can't go wrong with the lowest price in Arizona; $70 a month with free mobile install! I'm very internet savvy, so there was no problem with doing this online. Their chat site is VERY convenient, and the client portal is very cool, I can schedule my appointments and monitor my personalized account.

When I had heard the first snow had hit Flagstaff, I had to be there! Because I live in Tucson, I decided to do a nice mini-road trip over there. With Safe Harbor, there was not an issue with changing my appointment location and time. I just kept my appointment date and was not forced to reschedule. It was so convenient to do my monthly servicing in Flagstaff. The location is even located right by NAU.

I had no idea on what to expect or even how to use the interlock. The technicians are so helpful and made sure I knew how to use it before I left. They were so upfront about everything, I went on my Client Portal and I could see all of my information. Everything that was being sent to MVD, I can see, there are no secrets. I can do everything on line, I can check my appointments dates, and I set up my payments on auto pay so I didn't even have to worry about remembering to make a payment. Very convenient for me!

As soon as I received the letter in the mail from MVD, I was so worried and upset. I knew it was because of the mouth wash I used in the morning Thanks to Safe Harbor's customer service, They told me to make a note explaining what happened with the mouth wash and that I completely forgot! I presented my note and my logs from my Client Portal at my hearing and I didn't get an extension! Thank Goodness Safe Harbor was there to help me out!

My car broke down, and I had to take it to a mechanic to work on my car. I had no idea on how the mechanic was going to do this with the interlock and how much it was going to cost me. I had heard from friends that by-pass codes were going to cost up to $50 per code! I called Safe Harbor and it was as easy as having the mechanic call Safe Harbor to by-pass the device. My car was fixed with nothing to worry about and no additional fee.

I needed my installation done ASAP, I called Safe Harbor and got my Installation scheduled in the next day for them to come install it at my home! Can't get any easier than that! Even with my monthly appointments, I do it during my lunch break. The mobile tech comes to my work during my lunch break and get it out of the way. "I received my very first failed breath sample and got locked out from the Interlock tonight. The reason being is that I had a Dentist appointment at 3PM. After my dentist was finished I was not thinking when I gargled some Scope in my mouth. Just habitual to do this and then I went to start my car a few minutes later and it locked me out for 30 minutes. I went to court and plead to a dui, I didn't know what to do next. I googled "Interlock" and Safe Harbor popped up. I called to get information on pricing. The girl on the phone asked me what was the day MVD stated I needed to get it installed. I didn't know, she then took the time and explained the whole process to me and because of all her helpful information and not just signing me up and taking my money, I knew I could trust this company and this was the company to go with, others companies I called just wanted me to sign up, come to find out I didn't need it till my restricted license was up. I highly recommend this company to ANYONE who needs it.

I got a notice in the mail saying that my license was suspended and I was furious because I had done everything I was suppose to do. I called Safe Harbor to inquire on what to do and they informed me that I needed to request a hearing with MVD, print my notes, and data logs. Because I used the client site every time I had an issue or my car was in the shop I printed off my notes from the note section. When I went to the hearing I explained that my car was in the shop and provided everything Safe Harbor had informed me to keep in my records and I was cleared. Thank you Safe Harbor allowing me to keep a journal of my time on the device and allowing me access to my date log info that saved me another year!

Safe Harbor is the best! Its the only company that allows me to refer others in my situation and feel great doing it. I'm glad I'm done with the interlock, I did my year like I was suppose to and not more like the horror stories I hear with other providers. The system that is in place "everything I see, you see" reassures where I stand at all times.

There are no hidden fees, when I called in to Safe Harbor they told me everything up front, when I went in for my install the technicians were very helpful. They went over things to avoid and allowed my wife to come in the next day so if she ever drove my car she would know what to do. Thank you for answering all my questions and taking the time to assist.

I had some trouble with the safe harbor equipment last week. I contacted the office and spoke with a woman and they forwarded me to one of the technicians. The technician took care of the handset and I was on my way. The next day it acted up again. I called the technician on his cell and asked if he could help. He was in Flagstaff on a job for you, but was very pleasant and said he would help that afternoon when he returned to Phoenix.

 

He came out, diagnosed the problem, and had a great attitude!! These guys are on the front line for your business, and I want to be sure that I let you know that your technician did a great job and was very professional. He is a sharp, customer service oriented guy…too many people bitch today and don't say anything when they experience GREAT service. I want to pass along these kudos to you and in particular to this technician. You have a very good employee there…I am an executive with 27 employees today and have had up to 110 employees…atta boys and compensation are both important. You are fortunate to have this young man, and I thank you for it.
